Action Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a LCSW to work in a hybrid capacity near Casa Grande, AZ. Our client is a DHS Licensed counseling facility, with a mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health counseling that prioritizes the well-being of our veterans, first responders, and individuals in need.
Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our clients, helping them navigate through their challenges and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Unrestricted, license in the state of Arizona.
- Current LCSW or equivalent state licensure.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Must be credentialed prior to start of work.
- Experience with treatment of addictions is a plus.
- Experience working with all ages is a plus.
Per Diem work available, and additional full time positions may be available.
